So what do you think of the interface?  Too red?  Take a look at this list of features and tell

me what you think we should add.  Personally, I hate these text editors.  Does anyone use 

it or just straight typing? 

 

- Invite capability. You will be able to invite other writers and have their accounts automatically approved because you invited them. The best way to have a great community we all enjoy is to give you the power to bring people you like. Plus, the more people who write here the more will come to read it, which means more readers for everyone.

 

- Favorites List.  Registered readers and all writers will be able to create a 'favorite' list they will know when their favorite columns are updated.

 

- Chat feature.  This will be just person to person for now and you will have to be mutually on each others' favorites lists.  We can add rooms or forums if it makes sense and there is 

enough demand later.

 

- Forward feature.  If someone wants to send an article they read here to a friend they can just enter an email and a link to your blog gets sent. 

 

- Comment notification. This will send you an email when you receive comments on your post.  It is checked for you in your account settings or you can disable it there or in individual  posts.

 

- News blogging. If you haven't noticed, we have a Latest Rescue News section in the 

right sidebar.  If you are a registered user you can click the blue 'b' next to the article

and a blog page will be automatically created for you linking to the story and a blurb. 

This is an easy way to discuss the latest industry events. 

 

Anything else you think will make this a fun community where you enjoy writing and 

people will enjoy reading?
